History

When we first started looking for real estate in the Caribbean, it was daunting; the variation of topography, the neighborhoods, the safety (weather, crime, and economic) issues, and the wide range of prices per size were quite frankly overwhelming, let alone who to trust.  Well, after learning the ropes, we started Belize Property and Caribbean Land Development Corp. (BP&CLD Corp.) to enable others to save time, stress, and money and to assist with the total package it takes to relocate to a foreign country or new neighborhood.
